Here at Naturally with JennyT we like to think all of our products are wonderful and you will never have to return them. But we understand at times things happen.
Our returns and refund policy is as follows:
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Please contact Naturally with JennyT within three(3) days of it arriving. Once you have notified us, you will receive return instructions via email. A photo may be required initially & you may be required to return the product to us for inspection.
We will accept returns for the following reasons:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Faulty items should be returned within 14 days of purchase and any electrical items deemed to be faulty should be returned within the warranty period (12 months). Where possible please send faulty items back in original packing.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
Original shipping rates will only be refunded if the product is proven to be faulty, for electrical diffusers we will arrange shipping for the return and exchange.
Refunds for returns will be refunded in the same method as paid, for example if paid through PayPal then the refund will be returned through PayPal.
